CHICKEN TEQUILA FETTUCCINI- chicken sauteed with tequila gold, bell pepper, red onion, tomato, jalapeno & a cilantro cream sauce, served over fettuccini.
GRILLED ATLANTIC SALMON - with a mango & cilantro salsa , served with garlic mashed potatoes & asparagus.
ROASTED ROSEMARY CHICKEN - marinated with olive oil, garlic, herbs & citrus, served with garlic mashed potatoes & asparagus. (dinner)
