PUMPKIN RAVIOLI- stuffed with sweet potato & mascarpone cheese with a walnut, sage & sherry cream sauce .

GRILLED ATLANTIC SALMON - with a cucumber dill sauce, served with garlic mashed potatoes & saute spinach .
